CLUBHOUSE EXTENSION
After Planning Permission was received in March we had to go for Building Control Design Approval which we received 27 August. So now we can instruct the manufacturers for the balcony and steelwork (6-8 weeks) and the conservatory (12 weeks).
We have to do some work ourselves first:
Prepare 5 off 8" x 8" holes in front wall
Prepare additional 10 off holes for floor supports Club
Remove Race Hut, flag board, hooter, flagpole and old handrails.
This looks like working parties in Oct and Nov - volunteers please!
